Apk 77 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. You should not share your password or username with anyone, and apk 77 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from doing so. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. All activity carried out on your account will be considered your own, unless you report unauthorized access in a timely manner. For security purposes, we recommend changing your password regularly. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and must be completed through the designated payment methods. Deposits below the specified minimum threshold will not be processed. Withdrawal requests will only be processed after verification is complete and will be fulfilled within the specified timeframe. Transferring funds to third-party accounts or making deposits through third parties is strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, we reserve the right to hold the associated funds until an investigation is completed. Records of all transactions are stored in our system and will serve as final evidence in the event of a dispute.

All users must maintain honest and fair conduct while using the platform. Any form of fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or attempts to exploit the system are strictly prohibited. Disrespectful behavior, threats, or harassment toward other users may result in permanent account closure. Unauthorized access to apk 77's systems or networks is a punishable offense under the law. If any bug or vulnerability is discovered on the platform, it should be reported to us immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain. Relevant provisions of these terms will remain in effect even after account closure. We are not liable for temporary disruptions caused by service maintenance or technical issues. For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, we may take action in accordance with our established policy.
